FB20Society was founded in early 2016 to provide information on products, ideas for other fellow enthusiasts with the same platform. Based out of California, we specifically gear and focus towards the Impreza 2.0i/ XV Crosstrek market. The name of our group/page derives from two terms; FB20 being the engine code for our vehicles as the other Subaru models are completely different and, society being a community. The whole concept started as a small vision to make something great out of something non-existent. I searched for ideas on how to modify my vehicle, all resulting running into a wall over and over again. Definitely, I had a vision on what I wanted to achieve and accomplish, but did not have resources to walk into the correct path. While discovering other fellow FB20 owners, I noticed that they all were searching for the same thing. I decided to start the page first off Instagram, then Facebook like page, thereafter creating the Facebook Group. Although, our group may be very small compared to others, we offer an entire community specifically focused on the same thing.
