What payment methods does FUNDSCO / LGHTNGAUTO accept? 

  • Once the products you need have been selected, a link will be provided through e-mail to check out through PayPal. By using a third party service like PayPal, your credit card information will be 100% safe. In addition, PayPal comes with built in buyer protection. (You won’t need it, it’s just nice to know that it’s there.)
  • You are not required to sign up for a PayPal account to checkout.  PayPal allows non-members the ability to checkout with a credit card just like you would at any other e-commerce store.
  • At this time, we do not accept cash, COD, personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks for online orders. 
  • Before we can dispatch your order, your order may be randomly selected for further verification purposes. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.              


Is my personal information kept private?

  • To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, our Company uses SSL Encryption technology. This encrypts and protects the data and personal information you send over to us over the Internet.
  • For your financial and personal information safety, all online payments are subject to review by our Billing Department.

Order Confirmation: 

  • After you make a purchase, you may receive an e-mail confirmation.

Can I change my order once it has been placed? 

  • Before your order has been made, you may contact us to change quantity or product.
  • We are unable to combine orders or add items to an existing order once it has been processed.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched? 

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. Please make sure to contact us immediately within the same business day if you are attempting to make changes to your shipping address. 

What if I want to cancel my order? 

  • Once the order is placed, should you need to cancel your order, please contact us before your product(s) are custom-made. Typically all orders are made within 1-2 business days. We suggest to contact us immediately. Once any custom order is made, we cannot cancel the order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

  • Yes, we do offer international shipping services. For information on delivery and shipping charges to your destination, please contact us directly for available options and shipping charges.
  • Please note that duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin. Thus, our Company will not be held responsible for any other additional charges that may occur.
  • For international shipments, our Company will not be held responsible for any delays or extra charges from customs. 

Special Locations:

  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to military post offices. Deliveries may take up to 21 businesses days and we are unable to influence and/or guarantee the package will arrive by a specific date.
  • Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional day to deliver.
  • Rural domestic addresses require one or more business day to deliver.

How long does it take for my purchased item(s) will be delivered?

  • We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday. If a major holiday falls on a weekday, your order will be processed on the next business day after the holiday instead.
  • Tracking information for items that come with tracking such as shirts or spotted cards will be available once you receive your shipment confirmation email.

Do you offer expedited shipping services?

  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be the customers' responsibility. You may contact us directly for available expedited shipping options and charges to your destination.

Which shipping carrier(s) are used by your company?

  • All order(s) will be shipped with USPS.
  • Transit times may will vary.
  • Please note that scheduled delivery date is not always guaranteed by the shipping carrier.

Has my order been shipped?

  • Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a Tracking Number, which allows you to track your package on the USPS webpage.

NO Returns/Exchanges:

  • Due to the nature of our services and products being custom made, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on any items purchased on our website. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. However, we do encourage you to double-check your orders twice to ensure we do get the correct order before it is made. We only offer a return or exchange if it was the incorrect product from us.

What if I received an incorrect product(s)?

  • We apologize if you receive an incorrect item(s) that you paid for. If such event occurs, please contact us so we can issue a RMA Number and return instructions.
  • In order to process the exchange in the best interest to both parties, we must receive the incorrect item prior to processing the exchange.

What should I do if I received a damage item(s)?

  • Please inspect all items within 3 business days from delivery date for missing, damaged, and/or incorrect parts upon receiving.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please retain the item in its original condition and contact us immediately.
  • In the event of a lost or stolen package, a lost package claim will be processed directly with the shipping carrier.
  • FUNDSCO / LGHTNGAUTO will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or any related types of issues. 
  • If you ordered a decal, your decal does not come with tracking unless you paid for tracking. In the event that you do not receive it please email us immediately with your order # to take care of this situation. We know that not every carrier is perfect and that stickers mailed in envelopes could get lost during transit in special occasions. 

What should I do if I didn't receive my item(s)?

  • Due to potential shipping delays such as unforeseen weather conditions, customs clearance, etc. your item(s) may arrive later than the estimated delivery date provided by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
  • If you do not receive your item(s) after 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date, please contact us for further assistance
